To Help You Clear Your Mind: Honey Lemon Garlic Salmon

Did you know that Salmon can help clear your mind? It is rich in Omega-3 essential fatty acids which are essential for brain function such as providing more oxygen to the brain and allowing it to retain new information while remembering the old ones.

Here, I will share with you one easy recipe you can make with Salmon.


4 Salmon Fillet
⅓ Honey
¼ Soy Sauce
3 tbsp Lemon Juice
3 tbsp Olive Oil
Lemon Sliced into Rounds


  1. Pour 1 tbsp of lemon juice in the salmon fillet to reduce the fishy taste of the salmon
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the soy sauce, honey, and the rest of the lemon juice.
  3. In the pan, heat the oil. Add the salmon skin side up and season with salt and pepper. Cook salmon until deeply golden.
  4. After about 6 minutes, flip over and add the remaining tablespoon of oil.
  5. Add garlic to the skillet and cook until fragrant.
  6. Add the honey mixture and sliced lemons. Cook until the sauce is reduced.
  7. Baste salmon with the sauce.
  8. Garnish with sliced lemon and serve.
